Available now! This is an amazing home located on a quiet block in the heart of Northern Liberties, just around the corner from the Piazza and Liberties Walk, and just steps away from dozens of neighborhood restaurants including neighborhood favorite One Shot Cafe, Hikari Sushi, Tiffin Indian Cuisine and Urban Village Brewing Company. The home is full of character - with custom built-ins, solid wood doors, and a lawn in the backyard (a rare find in city living!) - and has been featured in Design Home, Nest, Apartment Therapy, and Philadelphia Magazine. Upon entering you will notice the open and inviting floor plan. The first floor has hardwood flooring, high ceilings, a bathroom, a gas fireplace, and a piano. Light pours through the kitchen from the backyard through a glass door that leads to an outdoor city oasis, including a patio and grass. The basement has a custom bar and plenty of space for entertaining. Venturing upstairs to the 2nd floor, you will find a cozy back bedroom and large front bedroom with a renovated bathroom, a new front-loading washer and dryer, and large walk-in closet. The 3rd floor features a large home office that could double as an extra bedroom. French doors open into the primary bedroom, which boasts large closet space, hardwood flooring, and a fully renovated bath with dual shower heads. The home has a nest thermostat and ADT security set up (to be paid by tenant). There is permit parking on the block, and both Heirloom Market and Acme only a block away!
